If you wanted to, you can keep your domain with your current provider and just point the domain name to our domain name server (DNS) records. This means when you order your hosting account using this option, we will be providing the hosting service only and would not be responsible for the renewal of your domain name.

Once you have ordered your web hosting account, you will be sent your account activation which includes the domain name server records that you need to use. Your domain name provider may have a control panel where you can update the DNS records, if not you will need to contact them so they can make the relevant changes for you.

Once you have submitted the DNS changes through your current provider, it normally takes up to 24 to 48 hours to fully propagate across the Internet.

Until the DNS on your domain name updates you can access your control panel and FTP by using the IP address of the web server, this information is included in your account activation email.
